How long it takes
About a week, once we have your logo, your photos and the list of jobs you want on the site. Managed and Growth take the same time to build, because the build itself does not change between plans.
What Online does not cover
No ongoing edits. Changes are charged by the hour when you want them. That is the honest limit of the smallest plan on the ladder. If you would rather never touch it, Managed covers the changes and the Google profile upkeep for £29 a month.

The Google side comes with it
Your Google Business Profile is set up at launch on every plan, because for most trades it brings more calls than the website does. If yours already exists and has stopped showing, that is a separate job and it is on the Google Business Profile page.

Who owns the domain?
You do. It is registered in your name, and you keep the domain, the site and your Google Business Profile whatever happens afterwards.
How long until the site is live?
About a week for Online, once we have your logo, your photos and the jobs you want listed. Managed and Growth take the same time, since the build does not change.
How many pages does a tradesman website need?
Five is usually right: a homepage, the jobs you do, your own photos, reviews and a contact page. Fewer and there is nothing for Google to match a search against.
What happens if I stop paying?
A missed payment gets a 14 day grace period to sort out. If it is still unpaid after that, the site comes down. You keep the domain and the Google profile either way.
Can I move between plans later?
Yes, in either direction. Moving up adds what the next plan includes. Moving down means losing what the higher plan covered, so dropping from Growth loses the monthly content, the review generation and the AI search work.
