Two ways to the same tool: pay for the build and keep the monthly small, or pay nothing up front and more each month. The second one exists because a tool that saves you a day a week should not need a thousand pounds before it saves you anything.
How it sits against the website plans
Separately. Online, Managed and Growth are the website ladder and a tool is not on it, so nothing here changes what you pay for a site. Both prices are on the prices page, and if you want the website first that is websites for tradespeople.

Is a custom tool part of the website plans?
No. Online, Managed and Growth cover the website and the search work. A tool is priced on its own, and you can have one without a website from us.
Does the lead guarantee cover a custom tool?
No. The refund guarantee is a Growth term, and it covers the website and Google Business Profile, not a tool bought on its own. A custom tool is priced and delivered separately from the website plans.
Would you build the same tool for a competitor of mine?
Only if you are not already a Growth client. While you are on Growth, the one trade per patch promise means we will not take on another business in your trade in your patch at all, whatever they buy from us, a tool included. Bought on its own without Growth, a tool does not carry that protection.
What does the monthly fee cover?
Hosting, backups, security updates, fixes and small changes. A tool nobody maintains stops working the first time something it depends on changes. Larger new features are quoted separately, before any work starts.
