How it sits against the website plans
Separately. Online, Managed and Local are the website ladder and a tool is not on it, so nothing here changes what you pay for a site. If you want the website first that is websites for tradespeople.

Is it a one off cost or monthly?
It depends on the tool. Some are built once and left alone, and some are worth keeping running for a monthly fee. Each one is priced individually, so get in touch with the job and you will get a figure, and what it covers, in writing.
Is a custom tool part of the website plans?
No. Online, Managed and Local cover the website and your Google profile. A tool is priced on its own, and you can have one without a website from us.
What does keeping a tool running cover?
Hosting, backups, security updates, fixes and small changes. A tool nobody maintains stops working the first time something it depends on changes. Larger new features are quoted separately, before any work starts.
